Master Name

The cornerstone of electronic Records Management is the Master Name Index. NetPD gives officers instant access to this tool from a handy drop-down menu or a selection field. Known simply as the ?MNI?, it?s a virtual vault of essential police information. Officers routinely interrogate this utility first when inquiring about suspects and targets of investigations. A NetPD MNI inquiry on a name will return an address history, SSN/DOB, marital status, place of birth, day/evening/cell phone numbers, driver?s license number, employer, physical features, mugshots, aliases, and known associates.NetPD gives your officers the power of a robust MNI. Furthermore, we know the drill. Officers often deal with the same person more than once. Our NetPD MNI stores these names and profiles for use in every report as an integral part of Records Management. This NetPD time-saving feature helps put your officers back on the road sooner, where their needed!

Global Search by Name & Location

NetPD recently released a game-changing search tool for officers, Global Search by Name. It allows users to quickly retrieve all instances of the name and instantly displays the address, pedigree and all reports associated with that name. Officer safety is paramount, and NetPD is on the job with officers to provide Intelligence at locations within their jurisdiction, before they arrive. Our Global Search by Location form displays Calls for Service, Crime reports, Arrests, Accidents and more for Geobase locations with existing records.
